Our agent, Chris Conte, had us feel at every moment that we were his only client. He must surely have many, many clients. But he was always available when we had a question; he met us at the house and went to the house on our behalf numerous times; and he attended the closing as well. Our home purchase had some complications along the way, and Mr. Conte guided us through with a lot of care and professionalism. If everyone had an agent like Mr. Conte, they would find homebuying to be a lot more straightforward than people tell me it is (or was for them).
